Wellbeing Programme
Our wellbeing programme aims to offer a diverse range of activities to support health, community connection and both physical and emotional wellbeing for all. From yoga to acupuncture, seated exercise to sound baths, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing, ensuring our activities provide opportunities to connect and take time for yourself, as well as moving your body. We offer a tiered pricing system throughout our programme to support as many people as possible to attend, and some of our activities are free of charge for all.
